We also know that there are alot of good people in the clergy, who are saddened by the way church officials have handled the current situation.
This site is in no way meant to offend, harrass or debase the good people who are still working in the church.
We hope that this backing will give courage to everyone to stand up for what is right.  I have already had clergy of both sexes applaud our pursuit of unveiling the cloak of secrecy.
You do not have to be alone in this.
What are our overall Reasons for pursuing the Clergy Abuse Issue in El Paso?
1. Protect children from sexual abuse by priests, bishops, Brothers and other clergy.
2. Seek help for the hundreds of thousands of victims that have been so severely hurt by clergy abuse.
3. Gain back the respect of the majority of good priests whose reputations have been damaged over the years by the
actions of clergy abusers and the irresponsibility of
the Church hierarchy in dealing with abuse.
4. Build a stronger Church for generations to come; one where the priests and leaders are trusted.
